I am Lian Krijger (1960), executive coach and founder of In Flux Career Coaching & Research (since 2020).

As a coach, I am curious about your life and career story, your experiences and wish for change. I listen attentively, observe, and ask about what might remain unspoken. I am inquisitive, empathetic and supportive, yet I also bring in other perspectives. You may expect conversations with focus and depth alternated with humour and lightness. I do not offer a standardised approach, but rather a safe and open space where you can bring in and explore what matters to you
