5th anniversary In Flux

In Flux Career & Executive Coaching celebrates its 5^th anniversary
and launches its new website

While clearing out my parental home, I came across an interview from 2008 with Bob de Groot, who asked me about my ambitions.

My answer back then: “I don’t have a blueprint for my career… Perhaps one day, when I’m wise and grey, I’ll become an independent coach”.

I smiled as I read it again. More than fifteen years later, that is exactly what happened.

The wish to start my own coaching practice brought me to INSEAD, where I completed the Executive Master Coaching & Consulting for Change and laid the foundation for the work I do today.

With great dedication, curiosity, and joy, I support professionals and leaders in shaping change in their careers.

Today, In Flux Career & Executive Coaching celebrates its 5th anniversary with the launch of a new website: www.influxcoaching.nl

My heartfelt thanks go to my coachees, clients and business partners who all gave me their trust. I look forward to continuing our collaboration – as well as to all the new encounters that lie ahead!
