My coming out as coach
After years of working in corporate roles, the publication of the new website for my company IN FLUX career & executive coaching feels like an exciting coming out.
I had no trouble telling others about the interesting and important things the organizations I worked for did, and how great they were. Telling them how important and enjoyable it is to talk to me is a completely different story.
For five years now, I’ve been working with great dedication, enjoyment, and fulfillment as an independent career and executive coach. With IN FLUX, I feel like a fish in water; everything flows.
I enjoy meeting each new coachee and the journey of discovery that follows. The books I read and the training courses I take provide illuminating and inspiring insights that I’m happy to share.
Client reviews express appreciation for my professionalism and personal commitment, as well as my sharpness and humor. The coaching provides them with greater clarity, a perspective for action, self-confidence, and resilience.
A success story I can come up with!? That’s not how it works for me. Everyone’s a coach these days, right?
I have observed and let go of the negative emotions and skeptical voices about coaching.
With the indispensable, pleasant, and professional help of photographer Emilie Timmermans, website builder Margaretha van Grootheest, and SEO copywriter Goswin van Horssen, and with the input of clients who are willing to share their reviews, this is now being published.
