Options
Every coaching request is unique and requiring a customised approach. If you enjoy your introduction to In Flux and are interested in further collaboration, you will receive a tailor-made coaching proposal. We will determine the number, duration, frequency, and cost of the coaching sessions together. This way, you will know where you stand before you begin. Most coaching questions can be answered in six to eight sessions of one and a half or two hours. With a frequency of every three or four weeks, the duration of a coaching programme is typically around six months.

Rebalancing leadership during change
Whether you have a lot or little experience in management, director or executive positions, there are always moments that call for a rebalancing of your leadership. A new position, changes at the top, but also technological, financial, social and personnel changes can have a major impact on the leadership that is required of you.
In conversation with In Flux, you will explore the drivers, qualities and energy sources of your leadership. What has brought you to where you are now, what stood in your way and what might the new context demand of your leadership? How do you relate to the leadership that is needed now; where does it appeal to you, where possibly not? Can you shape it in a way that suits you, and what or who do you need to do so? How does your new leadership work in practice?
With confidence, you will shape your leadership from a recalibrated perspective, enabling your organisation or team to flourish and perform.

Recognising and creating opportunities for your next step
You enjoy your work, but sometimes wonder how long you would like to continue doing what you are doing now. Perhaps you have moved from one position to another almost automatically until now, and feel it is time to take control of your own career. Change course
You realise that you would like or need to change course, but you are not yet sure in which direction. Maybe you do know your direction, but still uncertain how to actually change course. A career transition that involves switching to a completely different role and context than the one you are currently working in requires patience and tenacity. You need to explore and prepare for a world that is new to you, and develop a fresh professional identity.
In Flux supports you in clarifying your personal values, qualities and dream career transition. You develop more insight into your unconscious motivations, where they support you and where they may be hindering you.
Each coaching conversation will bring you new insights and options for the next step in the direction that matters to you. Whether it’s setting your course, tapping into new networks, exploring and capitalising on options, or letting go of the old and getting comfortable into your new role.
Reintegration
Back to work, but differently
Returning to work after a period of absence can be challenging. Perhaps you have experienced the arrival of a new family member, a significant event, illness, or burnout. It may be that you now value different things than you used to, or that you are no longer able to do things that used to come naturally to you.
In Flux is pleased to support you in setting, realising and adjusting your new course. What do you need or want to do differently than before, and what would you need to realise that? How do you recognise and celebrate progress, deal with setbacks, reactions from those around you and conflicting feelings and thoughts within yourself?

You love your work and feel at home in the organisation, but you would like to grow further as a person and as a professional. You may be achieving good results, but remain dissatisfied with yourself or often feel insecure. Perhaps you have received critical feedback and feel it is time to do something about it. Together, we will reflect on your role and the organisation you are part of, and the impact they both have on how you feel and behave. You will share situations that are challenging for you or that leave you feeling dissatisfied or uncertain. Together, we will investigate why that might be, what options you have to deal with it differently, and what might suit you best. You will develop the confidence to step out of your comfort zone and experiment with new behaviours. Reflection and experimentation will alternate, resulting in you feeling comfortable in your own skin as well as in your professional role, and daring to show who you are and what you stand for.
