I have always found conversations with Lian to be very pleasant and of added value to my own career development. Lian’s coaching style and open approach encourage reflection. It creates an “internal mechanism” that “switches on,” making it easy to discuss the issues that arise within yourself. You then receive tools and, more importantly, gain insight into how to apply them. Lian creates an atmosphere in which you feel free to openly discuss the topics you would like to receive coaching on.
The coaching has given me a deeper understanding of how to apply my way of working – in a way that suits me as a person but at the same time fits within my current job. I can imagine that if anyone in my network needed a coach, I would wholeheartedly recommend Lian. I would particularly recommend Lian for one-to-one coaching within your own growth curve in a company, but I can also imagine that she would be good at coaching a group of colleagues during a company’s growth or change phase.
