{"id":1145,"date":"2025-12-18T17:27:31","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T16:27:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.influxcoaching.nl\/5-jaar-in-flux\/"},"modified":"2026-01-22T16:35:33","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T15:35:33","slug":"5th-anniversary-in-flux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.influxcoaching.nl\/en\/5th-anniversary-in-flux\/","title":{"rendered":"5th anniversary In Flux"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>In Flux Career &amp; Executive Coaching celebrates its 5<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary<br\/>and launches its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influxcoaching.nl\/en\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"31\">new website<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>While clearing out my parental home, I came across an interview from 2008 with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/bob-de-groot-4145534\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bob de Groot<\/a>, who asked me about my ambitions.<\/p>\n\n<p>My answer back then: \u201cI don\u2019t have a blueprint for my career\u2026 Perhaps one day, when I\u2019m wise and grey, I\u2019ll become an independent coach\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p>I smiled as I read it again. More than fifteen years later, that is exactly what happened.<br\/><br\/>The wish to start my own coaching practice brought me to INSEAD, where I completed the Executive Master Coaching &amp; Consulting for Change and laid the foundation for the work I do today.<\/p>\n\n<p>With great dedication, curiosity, and joy, I support professionals and leaders in shaping change in their careers.<br\/><br\/>Today, In Flux Career &amp; Executive Coaching celebrates its 5th anniversary with the launch of a new website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influxcoaching.nl\/en\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"31\">www.influxcoaching.nl<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>My heartfelt thanks go to my coachees, clients and business partners who all gave me their trust.
