I entered the coaching sessions with an open mind and I could not have imagined the positive impact my time with Lian could have. After every session I felt like I had new tools to manage the challenges I faced as a young professional and as a mother with small children. I was mentally healthy after every session. I also felt that there was enough\u00a0space and time with each session to really address some sticky topics. Nothing was off the table. I felt really good.
The biggest thing I took from Lian was to remain curious and that it’s ok to have boundaries. I need to take care of myself. Towards the end of the sessions I applied to a new role and could lean on some of the tools I learned with Lian in my application. (fingers crossed!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If I would recommend Lian to others, I would say: You deserve it. Take the time to reflect and discuss with a genuinely capable and caring professional where a safe space is provided.
